The Black Romance Book Fest 2025, the first edition, will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, from May 30 – June 1, 2025.
The Black Romance Book Fest is a new event dedicated to amplifying and honoring the diverse narratives of Black Love in romance. The celebration of Black Romance literature, a grassroots effort by the Bookstagram community, is an important platform to promote the richness of Black narratives and showcase the depth and diversity of emotional experiences within Black communities.
Those who attend will learn through comprehensive panels and sessions, and connect with authors and other readers in a community-centric environment at the JW Marriott Buckhead in Atlanta.
The writers who will feature have produced work in the romance genre in the urban, erotica, paranormal, Rom Com, erotica, LGBTQIA+, Queer, Young Adult, Suspense, Fantasy, Dark, Historical, Street Lit, and Sci-Fi categories.
