Calling all writers in Botswana! (Water Flow Writer Workshop)

I recently blogged about this year’s anthology that Short Story Day Africa has been working on called Water. Those who enter the competition are up for some good stuff and the chance to be in one of the coolest anthologies around. Apart from being in the anthology and being in the Caine Prize for African Writing, you can win up to R10 000.

For those of you who are based in Botswana, there will you can increase your chances of getting in by attending a one-day workshop hosted by multi-award-winning author, Lauri Kubuitsile. The workshop will take place on Saturday 4 July 2015 at the Peermont Mondior Hotel and Conference Room, Gaborone.

Guess what? Not only is the workshop FREE, the refreshments, including to die for cake, will be provided. Seeing as this is cake (and a workshop to learn too heh) you know that space is limited, so please email info@shortstorydayafrica.org if you wish to attend.
