The finalists of the Kikwetu Flash Fiction Contest 2022 were announced on November 12, 2022.
Kikwetu is an annual online literary journal that publishes both new and established writers from East Africa and beyond in English and Swahili. The journal which was started in 2015 announced a contest asking for writers to send out their best work in their new flash fiction contest. Writers sent in their work and the finalists are now here. They are;
- Action Film, Roseline Mgbodichimma Anya Okorie
- Amoto, Raheem Omeiza
- Nalongo, Moses Abukutsa
- Onion, Warren Jeremy Rourke
- Submersion, Florence Onyango
- The Manifestations of an Exiled Clairvoyant, Frank Njugi
The winners will be revealed in due course.
