Labone Dialogues by NYU Accra in Black and White

The “Labone Dialogues by NYU Accra,” was hosted in Ghana from October 19 – 23, 2023. Here are black and white stills taken by Ondjaki.

The Labone Dialogues were hosted at NYU Accra over four days in mid-October with some of the biggest names in African letters working today under the theme “Re-claiming The Narrative.” You can read our recap of that symposium by clicking here.

Angolan writer and publisher Ondjaki is a leading writer of poetry, children’s books, short stories, novels, drama, and film scripts. The writer was one of the people at the Labone Dialogues and he took beautiful images from the symposium that we share with his permission.
