Libyan novelist Ahmed Fagih passed on on April 30, 2019.

Libyan novelist Ahmed Fagih was a Libyan novelist, playwright, essayist, journalist, and diplomat. He began writing short stories at an early age publishing them in Libyan newspapers and magazines.

The author most famous for his twelve-volume historical epic Maps of the Soul, died on Tuesday, April 30, 2019, at a hospital in Cairo, Egypt.
