The ladies’ Fresh Paint 2 anthology is here

Fresh Paint II is the second anthology of poems and short stories by Kenyan women done as a partnership between Goethe-Institut Kenya and AMKA. The anthology includes the writing of Nduta Waweru, Linda Musita, Maimouna Jallow, Consolata Mutua, and Gloria Mwaniga.

The anthology was launched with an event at the Goethe Institut in Nairobi on Thursday evening. The event included a panel discussing the work of the writers that included  Khainga O’Okwemba, Nation columnist and novelist Zukiswa Wanner, and Dr Mary Kinyanjui moderated by Phyllis Muthoni.
