Tottenham Literature Festival 2024 for London

The Tottenham Literature Festival 2024, North London’s Black Literature Festival, will be hosted in London, UK from November 11 – 17, 2024.

The Tottenham Literature Festival was founded by Bernie Grant Arts Centre Artistic Director & CEO Hannah Azieb Pool to celebrate the word and storytelling in all its glorious forms in 2019. It was aimed at providing a platform for Black writers to tell their own stories in a space where they are the majority. The festival which has run regularly since is referred to as “North London’s Black Literature Festival.”

The 2024 edition will feature workshops, masterclasses, panel discussions, readings, one-on-one conversations, and more at the Bernie Grant Arts Centre. This year’s Artist in Residence is the award-winning poet Victoria Adukwei Bulley; she will deliver a workshop and keynote on Saturday, November 16.

Other scheduled participants are Zeinab Badawi, Paula Akpan, Danielle Jawando Diane Abbott, Bernardine Evaristo, Dr. Ronx, Kelechi Okafor, Ken Wilson-Max, Jendella Benson, Irenosen Okojie, DJ Inigo, Sarah Adedeji, Dean Atta, Ekow Eshun, Nancy Adimora, Inua Ellams, and Maame Blue.
